Located south of Kemptville and just outside the village of Spencerville, the farm is a 75 acre horse ranch. Two 3-acre pastures are located to the front of the lot, with the rest being mostly mixed forest. A number of trails run thoughout the property, which are being expanded and improved for horse-back riding. A small 4-stall horse barn and 2-car garage with workshop are also located on the property.

The "Old Road" runs parellel with the east side of the property heading North - South. Its an un-maintained Township road thats contects with next Concession Road.. The road has a stable and level surface, good for hiking and horse-back riding.

A small stream runs accross the property. Its located in the northern most part of the property, running through a small valley which cuts through an area of hardwood forest. It maintains a steady flow in the fall and winter, but may dry up during the late summer months.

Future plans include an expanded trail network, a number of camping areas, round pen for horse training, outdoor riding arena, upgrades to barn (e.g. a tack-room and storage area), a seasonal guest cabin, and a training area for mounted combat and horse-archery.
