Poleaxe Simulator
Aluminium (and wood)
Of cast and welded aluminum construction, these simulators are designed to resemble the “Bec du Corbin” or Raven's Beak axe commonly used in duels in the 15th Century. These axes feature metal “langettes” and brass fittings. |

Sword Hilt Restoration
Wood and wire
Custom sword hilt repair and refit projects. New pommels fabricated from round and hexagonal bar-stock and milled into shape. Custom wire wrap grip added to complete the hilts. Crossguards and pommels are welded to tangs for added strength. |

"Maciejowski" War Club
Wood, brass, and leather
The medieval war club is a blunt-force weapon probably used by foot soldiers during the medieval period and is frequently depicted in the famous Maciejowski Bible. War clubs were fitted with spikes or studs to make them more lethal in combat. This war club is solid ash and features brass studs and a leather wrist thong. |

Scabbards
Wood and leather
These scabbards have a wood body or core and are lined with felt. I have covered some with leather in the traditional fashion and stained and waxed others. Each is custom fitted to the blade. |

Small Knife
Steel and antler
I refitted a modern blade with a new antler handle. The tang extends about 3/4 of the way into the handle and is held in place by two brass rivets. This is the second knife that I have retrofitted in this manner. |
